Welcome to www.whetwisepress.com (the "Site"), operated by Whetwise Press, a registered trade name of ANATAlogix Inc. ("Whetwise Press," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who may use the Site
By using the Site, you confirm you are able to enter into a binding agreement with us. We publish books for readers of all ages; where a book is written for young readers, the pages about it are meant for the parents and other adults who buy it.
What we offer here
The Site presents Whetwise Press, its imprints and authors, and its books, and lets you sign up to receive occasional updates and request free bonus materials. Purchases of our books are made through third-party retailers (such as Amazon), subject to those retailers' own terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, book descriptions, logos, the Whetwise marks, cover images, designs, and downloadable bonus materials — is owned by or licensed to Whetwise Press and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, and quote brief excerpts with attribution for reviews or commentary. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Free bonus materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't redistribute or sell them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: break any law; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data except as permitted; or interfere with the Site's operation.
